For added assurance, we can supply independent laboratory certifications for diamonds and colored gemstones from reputable organizations such as GIA, IGI, HRD or GRA. Certification requests may incur additional fees.

Our warranty exclusively covers any manufacturing defects in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, it does not extend to damage caused by accidents, misuse, excessive wear, theft, or loss. Repairs performed by anyone other than Alphadiam will void this warranty. We do not accept liability for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or condition of the product, nor for any implied warranties related to fitness for a specific purpose or merchantability.
